About the "Great Oak" Logo

The oak tree is a common symbol of "strength" and "endurance."  For more than 50 years, KSAI and the Kannel family have been a part of the business community in Montpelier and Williams County.  We work hard every day to make an enduring contribution to our community.

The acorn is the seed of the oak and represents "patience" as the starting point of the long road to maturity of the Great Oak.  The Kannel family has, over the course of its long history, been involved in many ventures, from which KSAI and its customers have benefitted.  The patient process of growth in this business begins with the seed of a new idea.
